Academic Programs
Exposing and Igniting Student’s Interest in STEM Learning and Careers
The STEMulate® Change Outreach Initiative, for students in grades K-6, aims to ignite students’ interest in STEM and encourages them to see themselves as Scientists, Technicians, Engineers and Mathematicians.
The project-based classes are held in non-traditional classroom settings and help students to explore and solve real-word challenges which they then present to an audience.

The Core STEM Initiative provides students in grades 7-12 with over 220 hours per student of intensive, advanced STEM instruction that builds upon what our students learn in their home schools. Classes take place at John Dickinson High School in Wilmington, DE.
Students in the 11th and 12th grades live on-campus during a 4-week experience at the University of Delaware’s College of Engineering.
